Time is Ticking:

Progress reports are due tomorrow. It's hard to believe, how time flies. The students are working really hard on their pages and have all had good questions, pertaining to their wikis and blogs. They are doing great work but seem a little stressed with the short amount of time in class. I hope they will relax and enjoy some of what they are learning.

Never Enough Time:

I don't know where the time goes. My intentions are to blog frequently and yet as I looked at my blog it has been a week since I was last on here, Yikes! The students have great energy and I am looking forward to assisting them on their journey through Globaloria!

New Students

These 9 students are very excited and have a ton of questions about the program. We have overcome a few technical issues with the school computers but are right on track or at least for the moment we are on track!

First Week of School:

Welcome Back to school!

We have a lot of new and exciting things for you this year.
First and foremost make sure you return your consent forms so you can participate in the class. This class will open numerous doors for you, just make sure to ask questions if you are confused. Remember the only stupid question is the one not asked!

OOOOPS Again:

Well as you can see I am not very consistant with my blogging but from what the agenda looks like I am going to become a much better blogger!

OOPS!!!!!!

Well, I thought I had posted a blog in April but evidently I haven't. I haven't been doing a very good job keeping up with everything. It's hard to believe it's May, things aren't going as smoothly as we had hoped but we are looking forward to next year. Hopefully Lisa and I can teach a class for the entire year and have students in the class that actually want to be in the class. I think that would make a big difference in the work produced from the students. We'll have to wait and see but I am hopeful this will work out.

Next Semester.........

Well next semester is here and what I thought would work out probably won't. We have decided to pull the few from the first semeter who were excited and wanted to move on out of my class and add them to Lisa's class so they can continue with their created games. The rest of the students have no interest. Flash was finally installed and this semesters students with maybe the exception of 2-3 are progerssing very well and seem to be learning quickly. Most all are keeping up with their wiki's and are getting started on their blogs. I am looking forward to see their work, some of the game designes sound interesting too.
